Summary: What a great home. Location was within walking distance to downtown Dunedin. We rode the bikes daily. Such a nice home! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Great get away. Thank you so much!

Summary: Kathy was wonderful with all her communication! She made sure we were comfortable and had access to everything we needed. The house is located on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown Dunedin and a 20-30 minute drive to Clearwater Beach and downtown Tampa.The garage was the perfect size for a minivan. Anything much larger would likely not fit.The beds were comfortable, the AC worked very well, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and eating, plus spices and ziploc bags. The screened porch was wonderful in the mornings and evenings and was a great spot to play games as a family.Having quality beach chairs, beach towels, and even beach toys in the garage was super convenient.We loved having access to the bikes in the garage and rode to Honeymoon Beach and Clearwater. For longer rides, The Bike Lab in Dunedin was great! We rented some road bikes and rode 70 miles on the Pinellas Trail up to Starkey Market and back down to Clearwater.

Summary: Catherine's place is absolutely great. It is a very charming and comfortable place. Very easy to walk or bike to town and the Pinellas Trail. Great restaurants and libation establishments in abundance nearby. The beach is easy to get to. We couldn't have had a better time. I would stay at Catherine's place again in a heartbeat.

Summary: We have rented a lot of properties in the town of Dunedin and love this house. We didnt use all the amenities, but the kitchen was well equipped, bike/helmets and beach toys were available and the beds were super comfortable. The house was clean and the neighborhood quiet. There isnt much parking (except for the garage), but we didnt have a car so not an issue. Nice porch and inside gathering space with plenty of seating. Bedrooms are all upstairs which worked well for is. Would stay here again.

Summary: Great for adult family. We did not have children with us. It was within walking distance to downtown Dunedin. Quick to get on 19 to get to other locations. Very clean a spacious.

Summary: First, let me say the beds are AWESOME.! The pace is beautiful and we walked to downtown Dunedin many times. Driving to Tampa, Tarpon springs, Clearwater beech, and even St Petersburg was ideal. Nothing more than 45 minutes away (Most less than 20) Highly recommend this place
